Senior Director – Ethics & Business Integrity, South Asia

Bratin joined Sanofi in June 2015 and has been augmenting the culture of integrity in Sanofi, South Asia region. 

Bratin started his career with GlaxoSmithKline, where he worked for over 19 years and held a variety of leadership roles in sales. He is a value-driven strategic pharmaceutical business leader with nearly 3 decades of successful experience in leading people; setting up new businesses, processes and functions, managing alliances; delivering results and value working in Sales, Market Access and Compliance functions with Eli Lilly, GlaxoSmithKline and Bristol-Myers Squibb. 

Before joining Sanofi, Bratin was working with Bristol-Myers Squibb as Director – Compliance & Ethics and was a member of the India Leadership Team.

Bratin holds a Master’s degree in Science, a Post Graduate diploma in Management and has completed various executive and leadership development programs at INSEAD - Europe Campus, Australasian Compliance Institute (GRC Institute - Sydney), Indian School of Business - Hyderabad, S P Jain Institute of Management & Research - Mumbai.
