Daan Utsav: Every October, ‘Daan Utsav’ - India’s annual festival of giving, brings together people from all walks of life to celebrate and spread the joy of giving. In 2022, approx. 600 employees at Sanofi India volunteered to be a part to switch to a sustainable way of life and said ‘no to plastic’ by making paper bags out of old newspapers and giving them to the local medical stores for further distribution thus encouraging others also to say ‘no to plastic’. Employees at Head Office encouraged women to create a sustainable livelihood by buying their merchandise at the NGO mela.
